The new St. Regis Residences, Rye NY project has been developed by AWRE and designed by Perkins Eastman architects. It features 95 condominium units in separate 3-5 story buildings connected with a common outdoor space and full range of amenities. ribbit was retained to work with ownership and brand to develop and implement the property identification, vehicular signage, parking, port cochere area, as well as, all the interior resident floors signage & wayfinding. These included all tenant identification, wayfinding, pool, spa, egress and life safety spaces.
